Roast Gastrobar is an independently operating restaurant located at the Papagayo Beach Resort, as of August 2018. The dining experience is a fusion of the Chef’s South African background, with influences from the Caribbean, Asia and US, ensuring that every guest has many options to stimulate their foodie palate.
Chef Zabbia owns “Di Zabbia Organic Limoncello” which is SKAL certified and was the 2013 “International Wine and Spirits” silver medal winner, “Roast South African Biltong and Droewors”, now made on Curacao and “Gin Isla” which will be on the market December 2018.
Roast Gastrobar offers a beautiful view over the pool area and the tropical gardens.
The restaurant is open daily from 12 noon till 11 PM and the kitchen is open till 10PM.
Roast has a lunch/poolside menu and bar, dinner menu, and numerous ‘wine by the glass’ options to pair with your meal. There are also takeout snacks, takeout meals and takeout wine options for Papagayo Resort and Hotel guests. Call us at ext. 113 for more information or to make a reservation.
